In order for the Citrix Workspace download to work: · Open the “ Settings ” app on the device. · Tap Apps & Notifications then click View all apps. · Scroll down. When she clicks the app, the spinning wheel appears but the launch file never downloads and receiver never launches so the app doesn't load.
